This two storey art deco building was built in 1932-34 by JD Gordan.
The building is known for its octagonal cornered roof with a weathercock in the shape of a sail ship.
This was once the home of painter and decorator Martin Wallace, whose name can be seen in some of the damaged stained glass.
Martin’s son, also Martin, went on to become Lord Mayor of Belfast in the 1960s.
